To assist people with special needs during their horse riding lessons. Training will be given before you start. Volunteers need to be at least 16 years old to help. Fun, relaxed working atmosphere.

Description
Herd of Hope Equine-Assisted Therapies is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization offering equine-assisted therapies and activities to a wide range of child, adolescent, and adult participants with physical, cognitive, behavioral, and/or emotional disabilities. As a member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, International (PATH), Herd of Hope complies with the high caliber standards set forth by the organization.
Therapeutic riding programs are offered Monday - Friday. We also offer a broad array of equine-facilitated learning programs, including workshops, field trips, camps, and corporate programs.
