Help our activities staff take a small group of our residents out into the community to take part in an activity!
Outings often include shopping trips, lunch outings, movies, bowling, fishing, etc. Volunteers must be friendly and dependable. They must be able to push wheelchairs great distances.
The Volunteer Coordinator would call the outing assistants at the beginning of each month to sign them up for month's outings, therefore volunteers would be on an on-call basis. Outings generally take place on weekdays during the early afternoon.

Description
Country Manor is a health care campus that administers to the needs of the elderly and disabled in a variety of settings including long-term care, sub-acute care, assisted living and independent living senior apartments. Our brand new Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center opened in April 2011 and specializes in rehabilitation and short term care. It features Champion Rehab which provides a full spectrum of rehabilitation services. For the younger generation we offer childcare at our Kids Country Daycare located on the west end of the campus.
