Are you interested in event planning and healthcare access? We are looking for passionate, dedicated, reliable volunteers to help us execute the 2016 Washington Free and Charitable Care Conference, Washington's annual networking and education conference for the free clinic network.
The free and charitable clinics in Washington are a vital part of the healthcare safety net, serving tens of thousands of patients every year. Our annual conference brings together free clinic leaders, staff and volunteers from across the state and beyond.
The event will take place September 21-23 in Kennewick, and our volunteers will be provided free registration, including meals. Travel and lodging reimbursement may also be available for volunteers from out of town. No previous event planning experience is necessary, but we need very reliable volunteers who can be onsite all day during those three days, and assist with some limited event follow up (remotely) afterward.
