I

t's that time of year again....even in Texas our our toes are COLD.....especially our hospice patients. Have you ever wondered what happened to that one sock...Did the Sock Monster grab it or did it grow a leg and just run far away? This is what many of our hospice patients experience at home as well as in facilities. Altus Hospice is partnering with the community to donate SOCKS to our patients. The socks must be new and clean. We will accept socks of any size, color and style. Socks may be dropped off at our office or scheduled for pick up. Our staff and volunteers will deliver these socks to patients throughout the year. If you are interested in participating in this volunteer opportunity, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Kim Keefer at 832-629-3915, or email kkeefer@altushospicecare.com.
