Montefiore is a 268-bed Senior Residential Living Community offering a full continuum of care, including long- term and post-hospital care, dementia, homecare, assisted living and hospice services. Our wonderful volunteers offer caring support to our residents and staff. Individuals can volunteer in a variety of ways. If you enjoy office work, your help would be welcomed by assisting staff with filing, shredding, mailings, and other office services that arise. Would you prefer working directly with our residents? Those interactions have a valuable impact on the quality of life our resident’s experience. Volunteering offers rewarding opportunities for everyone involved. Family members of all ages (12+, 11 and under with a parent) can participate in one of our many organized activities or share their own time and special talents in creating a new program such as music appreciation or a discussion on travel or storytelling. We are looking for volunteers who can come in on the weekends. Whether you come once a week or once a month, the time you give will be greatly appreciated.
