The program manager works closely with the executive director to plan, organize, improve, and help staff the nonprofit.
-develop new iniatives to support th dircetion of the counseling department.
-assess the program and identify areas of improvement
-recruit, interview, and orient well qualified staff and hold monthly volunteer meetings
-set up informational tables to promote the organization at various events
-ability to foster teamwork
-participate in Hazael Haven group activities and events
-perform similaiar duties ad assigned
