We're looking for assistance from a person who has a passion to help ou organization with recruiting efforts, as they arise, to include needs assessment, interviewing, on-boarding, and training Conduct orientation for all new employees and Implement performance management/evaluation system and ensure compliance;

This individual will help us with Recordkeeping / Reporting which includes Maintain employee records, prepare annual employment contracts and benefits statements, and assist with salary negotiations, Maintain files of all job descriptions, contracts and benefits statements, Ensure organization has met all regulatory reporting requirements; Prepare filings as required,Review and update personnel policies, compensation plans and benefits as needed;

One our major goals is to maintain Compliance by Manage employee state disability, Family Leave, long-term disability, worker's compensation claims, and administer employee requests for leaves of absence; Develop HR related policies and document as needed;
