The mentor helps by working together to research career paths, schools, programs, financial aid, scholarships, etc. The one-on-one mentoring all takes place on site and during school hours (with a little flexibility before and after school). The time committment is completely flexibile but the general preference is one meeting per student, per week, for roughly 15 to 30 minutes.

ASPIRE is a volunteer-based mentor program that partners students who want to pursue a postsecondary education with a mentor from the community that helps make that dream a reality.
