Purpose of Position: Tax Intake Volunteer
Act a greeter to taxpayers as they come in to have taxes completed by certified volunteers. You would be responsible for:
1. Checking clients in
2. Reviewing proper identification
3. Confirming that client has social security card and all needed documentation to see a preparer
4. Review Completed Form 13614-C to identify certification level needed for tax return
Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality assistance to all taxpayers.
No Tax certification required.

Description
Increasing H.O.P.E offers educational training, seminars, conferences on financial literacy and money management principles. The focus is on equipping individuals with the information necessary to make wise money-management decisions. The Increasing H.O.P.E Financial Literacy Training Program will teach and train low and moderate income individuals on how to implement money management skills and strategies. This training will improve financial literacy among individuals of all ages.
