ORGANIZATION: Store to Door

  • 1 person is interested

The Store to Door Intern will be the coordinator of Store to Door’s annual Dine Out Fundraiser. Each year, Store to Door engages 20-25 Portland area restaurants and ask them to commit to donating at least 10% of their sales to Store to Door on one day. The intern will be responsible for engaging new and previous restaurant partners, leading the social media and marketing push, and organizing the event from start to finish with the supervision of the Volunteer & Outreach Manager. In 2016, our Dine Out fundraiser helped raise over $4,000.

The secondary role of the intern will be to research individual opportunities for community giving at restaurants and to apply for those opportunities when applicable (i.e. Panera Bread, Lardo, Salt & Straw, Lagunitas, Chipotle Mexican Grill, etc).
