Taking place every SECOND Friday of the month, the Downtown Melbourne Friday Fest is the event that Melbourne Main Street is best known for. To arrange this event, we close down approx. 3 blocks of East New Haven Avenue for nearly 100 Arts/Crafts, Business, and Food vendors, as well as musical entertainment and other special acts. Celebrating in the "street" for over a decade, Friday Fest typically brings in roughly 1,500-3,000 visitors to the Downtown area for this event.

We need volunteers to help with registration, festival set-up activities, vendor set-up, and then festival/vendor break-down. Volunteers are needed from 3pm to 6pm for pre-fest organization, and 10-10:30pm for post-fest activities. Stay to enjoy the festival, and we will provide pizza and snacks.

As a Non-Profit Organization, we can sign off on your hours for Bright Futures, other High School/College volunteer requirements, or Community Service!

Join us to help keep our signature event a successful Downtown tradition!
