Our office is located at 1740 S Glenstone Ave Suite S, Springfield MO 65804. Our office is open Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm
While we do have opportunities for non-sewing volunteers we are also always in GREAT need of volunteers who know their way around a sewing machine. Most of our baby clothing patterns are very easy, but would really require a volunteer who has done at least a little bit of clothing construction. These projects can be worked on at our volunteer facility, in your own home or a combination of both locations!
Non sewing opportunities may include, sorting and logging in donations, cutting pattern pieces, updating web-site and Face Book accounts, delivering orders to hospitals and other agencies, data entry, light maintenance, and light office work answering phones, nad greeting visitors.
At this time we have a good number of knitters and crocheters who are keeping us stocked with hats, booties and afghans. As our need changes we will update this listing.
