Are you great on the phone? Do you enjoy making connections? Help seniors and people with disabilities maintain their independence by becoming a weekly grocery order taker.

For 25 years, Store to Door has provided a low-cost, volunteer-based grocery shopping and delivery service for Portland-area seniors and people with disabilities.

We're looking for caring and dedicated volunteers to call our clients each week to take their grocery orders. Since most of our clients are home-bound, this might be one of the few calls they get and they look forward to hearing from you.

These shifts are immediately available...

Monday mornings from 9:30am-11:30am

Tuesday mornings from 9:00am-11:30am

Volunteers for this position make a weekly commitment in order to provide consistency for our clients. Calls are made from our very nice SW Portland (OR) office and training is provided.

From one client: "I used to go a couple of days without eating and was too ashamed to ask for help. Store to Door has changed my life."

Contact Amanda McIver at or 503-200-3333 ext. 008 for more information.
