We are looking for approximately 60 volunteers to assist with our Christmas Eve Dinner for the community. Each year over 500 people come out for a free warm meal, toys for their children, holiday music, free clothing, non-perishable foods, and your smiling face! Our goal for 2017 is to feed 750 people so we need YOUR help!
Week-Of Duties:
12/19, 12/20, 12/21, 12/22 and 12/23 will be organizing donations (food, clothes, and toys), setting up and decorating
Day-Of Duties 12/24:
Assist with serving food on the buffet line
Set-Up and Break down of the event
Greet people as they enter
Give out toys to the children and clothes to the adults
Have a talent to share?
We are looking for donations of baked goods, musical abilities, and a volunteer Santa Claus for the day-of.
Shifts available all week!!!! Any and all ages are welcome to volunteer! Make it a family affair :D
Unfortunately, this year we have a very limited amount of space for kids on the 24th. So please email us prior to signing up your children for the 24th volunteer shifts. Any other days, kids are welcome.

Description
Past events have included the adoption of the Jones Elementary School 5th Grade Class for an annual spelling bee. We also host an annual Christmas Eve Dinner in which we provide dinner, non-perishable food, clothing, and toys for children.
