As a volunteer you can help reach more people with cancer information, resources, and the support they need.
- Warmly welcome patients, visitors and guests to the Spectrum Health Resource Library.
- Assist library guests in accessing health information, educational opportunities and available resources. Learn and stay up-to-date on Program information by teaming with ACS and Spectrum Health staff who will provide the new or updated program information.
- Provide written and verbal information to patients, guests and visitors regarding American Cancer Society programs and resources such as "Road to Recovery" and "Look Good.....Feel Better."
- Assist Resource Library staff in keeping the Library area clean, neat and organized.
- Participate in continuing education and training.
