Mission Statement
Early Settlement Mediation is a comminity based volunteer organization that strives to help people resolve conflicts in a peaceful manner. In Mediation a neutral, third party helps those in conflict define issues, explore solutions and reach practical, workable and mutually satisfactory agreements. Mediation seeks to prevent confliscts from escalating, saving everyone involved the time and expense of going to court.
Description
Ealy Settlement Mediation trains volunteers to mediate both civil and family cases. Volunteer mediators are the life of our program. Legal training and experience is not required to volunteer with Early Settlement. Our office provides training to all volunteers. All that is required is a willingness to learn our model of mediation and a desire to help people in Oklahoma resolve conflicts through mediation.
