Staff Services provides the activities and services necessary to ensure the ability of Red Cross staff, including spontaneous volunteers, to meet the needs of the people and communities. The Local Community Volunteers is responsible for the recruitment, placement, training, processing, assigning and recognition for all volunteers from within the affected area.
