Provides a smiling face for potential adopters. Assists with adoption process by helping potential adoptors find their perfect match! Adoption books with information about all of A Pet's Wish's dogs and cats are avaliable to guide you as you help others. Adoption events are held most Saturdays.

Mission Statement
We are a non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs & cats In val verde & surrounding counties.
Description
By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, local veterinarians & boarding facilities, we are able to rescue hundreds of animals every year. We provide them with loving temporary care and find them well matched and carefully screened forever homes.
We will be working on serving as a resource to our community and all pet owners by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership starting with the importance of spay/neuter, positive behavior training and good nutrition.
We pride ourselves on the quality of temperament our adoptable pets possess. Each one is temperament tested by a professional trainer and placed with a foster who continues to monitor their behavior around other pets and children. It is our most fervent wish that our pets blend seamlessly into their new homes.
