PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provide support, assistance and guidance for the volunteer workforce in the area of human resources and staff relations.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Variable, flexible. Can be episodic.
Working with Volunteer Services and American Red Cross (ARC) HR, candidates will become familiar with the protocols for volunteers and all ARC policies and procedures relevant to the volunteer workforce.
ARC Staff Relations training.
A team of 2-3 people is optimal.
