Marketing professional to join board of a small museum volunteer auxiliary

Small non profit board looking for a person with experience in Marketing. major responsibilities include, preparing advertising pieces for major events including our Indian Market and Rug Auction, consulting with museum staff on press releases, working with web director on website and social media content, participating in other board activities including but not limited to task force, committees and events. Working with the events director to assist in the development of additional fund raising events

Please be aware that the PGMA board is a working board and that participating will require a commitment of time each month to attend board meetings, committee meetings, task forces, and assist in events.

The Pueblo Grande Museum would not thrive without the support of an organized volunteer group; the Pueblo Grande Museum Auxiliary provides invaluable time and money for numerous Museum activities. The Pueblo Grande Museum Auxiliary is an affiliate organization of Pueblo Grande Museum. A volunteer board serves as the governing authority for the Auxiliary and is responsible for its fiscal and operational management. The Auxiliary also serves as an advisory group for the Museum.
