ORGANIZATION: Louisville Sustainability Council

We are looking for a volunteer Event Coordinator to help the Executive Director and Board of Directors offer engaging and informative events to promote a sustainable Louisville, KY.

The volunteer Event Coordinator will work with venues, speakers, caterers, A/V technicians, and others to help execute our quarterly Green Convenes (typically 50-80 people) and our annual fall Sustainability Summit (300+ people). The volunteer will need to attend the event s/he coordinates so must be able to be in Louisville on the day of each event.

You must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, efficient, able to meet deadlines, and willing to reach out via phone, email, and in person to various contacts related to the event.
