We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven Practice Development Team.
Job Description: CS PM Expert ( Internal Title - Client Development/Relationship Manager)
PD Job Purpose: * Cultivate existing client relationship and identify new
opportunities * Reports to CS team lead
Responsibilities: 1) Target existing clients, cultivate client relationships, and identify opportunities of new business 2) Collect project feedback after client projects are signed off 3) Assess project impact at predefined intervals (6 months and 1 year after project completion) 4) Develop new case study 5) Ensure all project materials/knowledge is checked into Feng Office 6) Identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications &
Requirements :
- BA / BS / MBA
- A background in management consulting and/or non-profit management is strongly preferred.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in finance/ strategic planning/ marketing /human resources.
- Good listener and communicator
- 3-5years of prior professional experience
- Very committed to the team and the projects he/she manages
- Able to work well with the team, accept and resolve differences, promote positive team spirit
- Step in to support team lead or manage projects when occasions arise
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Commitment
Required : * Must be willing to commit 1+ year * Meetings : 2 in person and 2 conference calls * Time : Minimum 5 hours [ excluding meeting time ]
