Serve a three hour shift once a week (or biweekly or even monthly) and greet art center visitors, answer the phone, check messages, sort mail, light cleaning, complete gift shop sales, and other miscellaneous duties depending on interests and skills.
This is a sitting position. Cash register is the Square system on an iPad, so basic understanding of computers is needed. Perfect volunteer spot for friendly individuals who like the arts and creative environments.
Current available shifts include:
Tuesdays from 10 am to 1 pm
Thursdays from 10 am to 1 pm
Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm or 1 to 4 pm
Also, training for this position and serving on-call when we have open shifts is a possibility if regular shifts are not to your liking.
