Try your hand at becoming a Local Coordinator and start making a positive change in people's lives and the world!

We are looking for self motivated people to work with international high school exchange students. Your responsibilities would include recruiting families and helping them to become volunteer host families, working with local schools and helping our international exchange students during their time in the US.

We pay our volunteers too! This allows you to work part-time hours from your home and earn special travel opportunities.

You must be at least 26 years old.

Established in 1985, Greenheart Exchange is a nonprofit international education exchange organization dedicated to the promotion of cultural understanding, academic development, environmental consciousness and world peace. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Greenheart organizes high school exchange, short-term immersion homestays, intern and trainee, work & travel in the U.S. Greenheart connects people and planet through environmentalism, fair trade, social transformation and cross cultural understanding.
