Mission Statement
Austin Diaper Bank is dedicated to providing diapers to Austin families in need to strengthen the community as a whole. Central Texans young and old need a clean, reliable supply of diapers for a healthy and comfortable quality of life.
Description
Diapers are not covered under assistance programs so they are very expensive, especially to those in poverty or other crisis situation. 1 in 12 mothers report leaving their baby in a soiled diaper longer than necessary due to limited resources. Austin Diaper Bank was created to combat this diaper need. Diapers are donated, counted, packaged and then distributed to partner agencies that work with people in need.
