In only 2 weeks you can help build a house for a deserving family in rural Guatemala. As a volunteer, you will work under the close supervision of our on-site staff and our masons. You will do tasks like digging foundations, carrying materials including concrete block, sand and rocks, and mixing concrete. The planning and construction are led by local Guatemalan masons and their assistants. At least one member of the beneficiary family also helps to build, usually the father or eldest son. We are a US-based non-profit running international volunteer programs since 2000 and led by Scott Burke.
