Each and every week Stardust collects out of season, slightly damaged, returned or opened items from large local retailers to distribute through our Gifts In Kind program. It's similar to a food bank but instead of food, we distribute essential products such as household items, toiletries, office supplies, building materials and more to nonprofit organizations. Helping them to serve their clients and the community!
Volunteers can help in a variety of ways from sorting and organizing to assisting case managers and organization representatives with their donations.
Volunteers hours at Gifts In Kind are Monday - Friday from 8 am to 2 pm.

Since Stardust was founded in 1997, we’ve provided over 3,000 people every month with affordable, reclaimed building supplies. From large scale remodels to simple repairs and repurposing projects, we’re proud to provide sustainable materials that get the job done.
We're a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We operate two building supply centers for home improvement which sell gently-used, salvaged, and surplus materials at affordable prices. Additionally, we provide deconstruction services that salvage building materials, divert waste from landfills, and support sustainability in the community.
