You will be keeping student records, answering the phone, maintaining office files, preparing material for instructors and interacting with students as well as with our volunteers, who are a great group of people.
Our office is open weekdays only, Monday through Friday, morning and afternoon from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Most of our office staff volunteer one morning or afternoon a week, though you can choose to spend more time with us if you wish.

Mission Statement
SeniorNet's mission is to build a community of computer-knowledgeable seniors in order to facilitate these older adults' access to technology, while at the same time empowering them to share their knowledge and wisdom with others. We introduce adults to the wonders of the computer age, believing that it is almost impossible in these times to live fully and up to one's potential without some knowledge of computers.
Description
SeniorNet is an all-volunteer national organization with Learning Centers in the U.S. as well as overseas. Senior volunteers provide computer classes to adults over 50 who wish to learn computer skills. The classes at our award-winning Center and Mobile Classrooms accomodate those who are beginners as well as those who are already familiar with computers. Our classes include basic to advanced computer skills as well as classes in the use of iPhone, iPad, Social Media, Genealogy, Shutterfly, etc.
