Task Description: The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)-Utah is looking for interested persons to fill presenter positions for Youth classes being offered in high schools and middle schools throughout the state. This position is volunteer-based and the hours are flexible in the amount per week, but usually involve some daytime committment.
Class materials and course outlines will be provided from our Hope for Tomorrow curriculum (a school-based mental health education program).

Attend a Hope For Tomorrow training
Be familiar with Hope for Tomorrow curriculum
Engage a class on various mental illness topics.
Communicate and collaborate with Class Coordinator (Megan Lundskog) and co-teachers
Familiarity with mental health issues
Consistent availability during the hours classes are held
Ability to engage and relate to others (youth and/or parents)
Organizational and planning abilities
