Mugagga needs your company
Mugagga has hydrocephalus. He has been operated upon and currently lives with a grandma because his mother and father abandoned him on learning he had a deformity. He cannot sit alone nor he can stand alone or feed. The grandma is old and cannot give adequate help to him. Your time to accompany and helping Mugagga is a worthwhile investment.

There is an accute lack of professional occupational and physio-therapists in Ugandan communities yet there are very many children with developmental imparements who seriously need these services to be able to enjoy their potentials. AICOD has established a community Based Rehabilitation to help bring hope and happiness to the live of the children with disabilities using a home based approach. Volunteers can get involved in giving these poor children company, playing with them, giving them occupational and physio therapies and training parents, teachers and care givers how "to do it".
