Do you have an hour a week that you would like to spend with children who need help with reading skills? MEAC's Early Literacy Program for students - Pre-Kindergarten through 3rd grade - is held at John P. Parker in Madisonville during school hours and after school. With school out for the summer, please check back in August for the new school year schedule. If you would like to send your name to MEAC to receive the schedule for the new school year as soon as MEAC has it, please do so.

Description
Madisonville Education and Assistance Center (MEAC) was founded in 1986 by a group of twelve community churches & the Madisonville Community Council to pool the community’s resources & better serve individuals & families with critical needs.
MEAC is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the support of over twenty community churches. It collaborates with the City of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Works, Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency (CAA) & the Freestore Foodbank - partnerships that have greatly increased MEAC’s ability to fulfill its mission.
