Looking for a HANDYMAN for the Ronald McDonald House

The Orange County Ronald McDonald House and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms provide a comforting "home away from home" for the families of seriously ill children receiving treatment in Orange County Hospitals. We are currently seeking a volunteer handyman/handywoman for a regular, four hour a week position at our 12,500 square foot, 20 guest room home in Orange, CA. Duties will vary, and may include:

• Painting/touch ups
• Patching drywall
• Installing shelves
• Minor plumbing (unclogging drains, unclogging toilets, replacing faucets, repairing minor leaks)
• Transporting donated items (in our van)
• Picking up items from Home Depot and other stores
• Cleaning lint filters
• Cleaning air vents
• Changing light bulbs
• Maintaining inventory of parts and tools
• Assisting with weekly room inspections

This list is not all inclusive; other projects may be added. We will provide all of the tools and materials needed to complete projects.
