Play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment for women in recovery through assisting the front desk with resident orientation, supervision, and support.

The Women's Residential Center (WRC) is a Multnomah County-funded residential treatment program providing comprehensive chemical dependency and mental health services to women involved in the criminal justice system. The WRC helps women overcome a variety of challenges, rebuild their lives, and re-enter their communities as healthy, productive individuals.

Your role is key to enhancing the therapeutic environment through supplementing staff work with extra personal attention, bringing diverse skills and experience to the team, and showing the women we serve that the community cares about them. You will receive on-going coaching from our team of recovery and re-entry professionals. Additional responsibilities available based on your interest and program need!
