Socialize with other ladies while knitting or crocheting prayer shawls or lap blankets for hospice patients. What a special way to brighten a patients' day and make them feel loved with a hand-made gift. Prayer shawls and lap blankets will keep a patient warm while bringing them comfort!
These hand-made gifts are treasured by our patients as well as bereaved family members--use your creativity to design something special. Shawls and blankets are delivered to hospice patients by volunteers and staff. Patients are thrilled and feel special that someone cared enough. Please consider providing comfort and warming a patients' body and soul with this special gift.

Kindred Hospice is a team of professionals who provide care to patients and families with end of life needs. As key members of the care team, volunteers expand and enhance hospice services for our patients.
