Bereavement Volunteer for hospice:
Hospice volunteers bring comfort, dignity and respect to end-of-life care. Volunteers provide support to family members by making telephone calls, sending cards, and taking care of personal correspondence after a loved one has died. This can be done from your home or the hospice office. Opportunity for direct patient visits are available as well.
The bereavement coordinator and volunteer coordinator will provide guidance and training.
