Imagine how lost you would be if someone said, " You could no longer drive!" Individuals are needed to help transport various homebound adults in the Bellaire and surrounding areas. Must have a valid TDL/Insurance. Transportation is the major problem that many seniors face on a daily basis, won't you help? This is a great volunteer opportunity for those who do not want to commit to more more than a few hours of volunteering per month.

RSVP's mission is to provide opportunities for individuals ages 55 and above, to engage in service that addresses the nation's educational, public safety, environmental, and other human needs to achieve direct and demonstrable results and to encourage all seniors to engage in such service. In doing so, RSVP will foster civic responsibility, strengthen the ties that bind us together as a people, and provide educational opportunity for those who make a substantial commitment to service.
Description
RSVP is a gateway for volunteerism in the community. RSVP provides many free benefits including free volunteer insurance, learning opportunities, and volunteer recognition.
