Catholic Guild for the Blind offers services to sight-imparied children, youth, adults and senior citizens in all five boroughs of New York City. Services include: vision rehabilition therapy, orientation and mobility, vocational training, job development and academic services.
The department is looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves type of volunteer to support the office. The ideal volunteer will be comfortable with filing and other administrative tasks.
This will be a great way to learn about one of Catholic Charities' more hands-on programs.
Additional Information: This opportunity has flexible hours between 9am - 5pm. Mon - Fri
