AAF volunteers and members of the community are welcome to walk dogs. Trained volunteers leash up the dogs and bring them outside for you to lead them on our half-mile trail. You may love the walk as much as the pup does!
Participants under the age of 15 must volunteer with an adult.
All participants must sign up in advance at www.walkahoundataaf.eventbrite.com . Each day is limited to only 8 volunteers.

We envision a community where all animals are treated humanely, all pets live in responsible, caring homes, and euthanasia is no longer a means of pet control.
- We enrich the lives of pets and their families.
- We rescue and rehabilitate pets through veterinary care and behavioral training.
- We provide a clean, safe, and nurturing environment with enough room and comfort for each pet.
- We spay/neuter the pets in AAF care and facilitate affordable spay/neuter options for the community.
- We are involved in the animal rescue community dedicated to the humane treatment of all animals.
- We raise funds through donations, adoption and clinic fees, grants, and event that further enrich animal care.
- We raise awareness of the importance of responsible pet ownership.
