Description
The Cobscook Community Learning Center (CCLC) was founded in 1999 when a group from the Cobscook Bay region of Washington County, Maine came together to develop a learning center that would enhance the quality of life of area residents.
The CCLC provides access to technology and the arts, environmental education, social engagement, and community activities and events designed to bring people together, inspire dialogue, and support people in crafting their own creative solutions to social and economic issues.
