Come and enjoy a social atmosphere where meeeting friendly people in a positive environment combines with the mission of saving lives. As a blood drive volunteer, the Reception volunteer welcomes donors, and the Hospitality volunteer serves beverages and light snacks to the donors. We are seeking volunteers who have excellent customer services skills. The American Red Cross needs you!

Description
The American Red Cross was founded over 100 years ago by Clara Barton with the purpose of relieving human suffering. Today the nonprofit organization relies on the support of volunteer staff, who outnumber paid staff 94 to 1, to continue its humanitarian work. Saving lives by providing safe blood products to hospitals is just one of the many ways in which the Red Cross continues to meet the needs of the community.
