Greet guests and visitors at the front entrance information desk. Assist patients with the admitting process. Assist staff in lab, Pharmacy, and post-operative recovery areas. Provide administrative assistance to nursing and technical staff. Do patient discharge transport from room to final destination. We are strictly adhering to ongoing guidance surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Precautions are in place and strictly enforced. Prospective volunteers will need to provide proof of COVID vaccination prior to start date.

Description
Volunteers assist the hospital staff in daily activities such as visitor wayfinding, guest badging, admitting, and patient rounding. They bring their life experiences to the hospital setting to help patients recover with more positive outcomes.
