We need you! Volunteers are an essential part of our hospice team. Our volunteers add to the quality of a patient's time at the end of life's journey. Typical activities include - visiting, reading, listening to music and providing support to the patient's family.

Volunteers visit patients in their homes or elder-care facilities in the DFW metroplex. Volunteers are matched to patients located near them. Volunteers usually spend about an hour a week with their patients/families. No special skills needed.

Training is provided, quarterly on a Saturday in our Flower Mound office. The next training will take place in January 2017, date TBD. After training, there will be one more follow-up visit to our Flower Mound office, but for the most part, you'll be seeing a patient located near you.
