Please attend a free orientation to become a hospice volunteer on Friday, Dec. 1, 12:30-4:30 pm at the Preferred Care at Wall located at 2350 Hospital Rd, Allenwood, NJ, 08720.
Gain valuable knowledge on how you can use your gift of compassion to provide companionship to patients with life-limiting illnesses so that can live out their days as fully as possible.

Description
What is hospice? Hospice is a specialized form of home healthcare for patients with life-limiting illnesses that allows them to live out their days as fully and as comfortably as possible.
The hospice team: Care is provided by a team of skilled, compassionate people, including nurses, hospice physicians, medical social workers, hospice aides, spiritual care coordinators, and volunteers - very special people who dedicate their time to a truly noble cause.
We believe that every moment matters. We believe in compassionate care. Most of all, we believe in dignity and respect for each patient we serve. As a hospice volunteer, you can help ensure that every moment really does matter.
