To open an outreach center that provides a structual environment for personal growth for the youth through the use of Mentoring & Coaching, Academic Assistance & Tutoring, Job skill training & Internships, Career Exploration & Eduational Field Trips, Positive Social & Physical endeavors and Parental Support (ex. Parent and Child Time Together Programs, Literay & GED Support).
Description
We are a non-profit, tax-exempt youth empowerment agency that works with kids that have been deemed as high-risk for some form of life failures. These are kids that live at or beneath povety levels, they live in educated limited households, they live in crime infested areas and particpate in criminal activities - often repetitive, they are failing at one or more grade levels in schools and often reprimanded for improper behavior issues or un-excused absentees or tardies and they are usually enrolled in some form of govt. assistance progam.
