Summa Health's WAGtime dog visitation program allows teams of trained pet owners and their dogs to visit with various patients and family members within the hospital.
Pet visitation teams have a profound impact on the patients they meet, bringing smiles to their faces and helping to lift their spirits. This program enables pet owner volunteers to provide services to people in their own community, while spending quality time with their dogs.
Contact Volunteer Services at 330-375-7595 or email@example.com to receive information about our upcoming Pet Partners Training Course, the first step in becoming a WAGtime Team. It will be held on Saturday, October 12, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Registration on www.petpartners.org is required.
