Wildfires are devastating communities across California, causing more than 300,000 people to evacuate their homes and threatening many more. The Camp Fire in Northern California -- one of three blazing across the state -- is the most destructive in state history. We want to ensure that, if you are in an affected community, you find access to shelter. And if you are looking to help with disaster relief efforts, you know the most effective ways to contribute.
Greet and Serve refreshments to volunteer blood donors after the donation process. Friendly and courteous volunteers needed. Support the donors and staff with your great customer service skills. Some standing and mobility required.

Keep in mind that volunteering in no way gives an edge for Vitalant employment and volunteers are not allowed to perform regulated tasks or receive hands-on donor clinical experience. We are not able to offer internships, mentoring or job shadowing. Vitalant does not accept volunteers for court ordered community service hours.
