During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
There are over a hundred and fifty children in Douglas County foster care. While children are sheltering in place, they are at greater risk of abuse and/or neglect due to limited interactions and visibility. During these unprecedented times of Covid 19 your advocacy is needed more than ever.
Although we have changed the way things are done, we are still advocating for the children's best interest. You can join us and make a difference in the lives of these children. You can change their story. Become a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer to speak for the vulnerable who are often voiceless. You can help us ensure that every child in foster care has a safe, permanent and loving home.
