PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Engage with blood donors to make the donation experience fulfilling and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations. Understand the American Red Cross core mission, vision and values, and represent these values through the delivery of excellent customer service.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Minimum 1 shift/month. Blood｠drives are scheduled weekdays during morning and afternoon hours to 7:00pm.｠NO WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Every single day, the American Red Cross helps people in emergencies. It is through the time and care of ordinary people that we can do extraordinary things. We operate the largest food pantry in New England, we empower volunteers as leaders of the organization, we offer training and support. Whether it is standing with a family on the sidewalk at a house fire to offer comfort and care or it is contacting someone in the armed services who has a new baby, the Red Cross is a gentle presence of compassion and assistance.
