ORGANIZATION: The Nature Connection

Join our team and help transform the lives of at-risk youth, elders and people with disabilities.

The Nature Connection is seeking volunteers to join our team in delivering nature-based educational and therapeutic programs to at-risk youth, elders, and people with disabilities. We serve people of all ages. Our client sites are in Concord, Canton, Waltham, Cambridge, Malden, and several other locations throughout Greater Boston.

This is a great opportunity for those who believe in the healing power of nature and would like to share it with others.

Our programs are one hour long (with and additional 1/2 hour set-up and 1/2 hour pack-up) and take place between 10am-5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Program site visits are either once a month or every other week.

Volunteers will be trained and supported by our professional staff.

If program participation is not right for you at this time, we are also looking for photographers and writers to help document our programs, and for people to help with general office tasks as your schedule allows.
