Are you new to the area and want to explore what your new city has to offer?

Why not come and meet new faces while you give back to your new community here at the ReBuilding Center?

The ReBuilding Center inspires people to value and discover existing resources in order to strengthen the social and environmental vitality of communities.

Every second Thursday of the month, volunteers gather to help make would-be waste materials usable once more. Working with a Salvage Specialist, volunteers de-nail lumber from area DeConstruction sites. DeConstruction is an alternative to demolition that midfully gleans usable building materials from structures that are slated to come down.

We gather afterwards at StormBreaker Brewery (right across the street!) for a happy hour right afterwards. All ReBuilding Center volunteers receive 25% off beers - woohoo!
